Strategy & Policy Clinic - Opunake

This interactive drop in clinic provides you with the opportunity to speak to experts about your documentation and set out a clear pathway for your clubs goals.

The session will begin with an overview of what good strategy looks like for an organisation?

The clinic is based on your needs and can include:

• a platform to share concerns or test ideas

• confidence that your policies are fit for purpose

• experts explaining complex issues in simple terms

• problem solving ideas and planning processes

• help identify some key challenges and set priorities

• strategic discussions that can help set long-term direction and community goals

   

This clinic will help set out a plan for the coming year and ensure you have the policies in place to achieve them.
