The NEW Incorporated Societies Act is here – are you ready?
The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 has replaced the 1908 legislation, and every incorporated society must take action.
The new law is already in effect and ALL societies must re-register and update their constitution by April 2026. If you don't, your society will cease to exist!
