Strengths Leadership Workshop Website

This interactive workshop introduces participants to the concept of strengths-based leadership and teamwork. Community leaders and members will explore their own natural talents, learn how to recognise and value the strengths of others, and discover how focusing on strengths can boost collaboration, resilience, and impact in their organisations.
