EVERY incorporated society will need to take actions as a result of these changes.
In this on-line presentation Angela will give you an overview of the act and what you will need to do to comply.
- October 2023 - The New Legislation comes into effect.
- You will need to re-register your society and update your constitution in line with the new legislation -You will have just over 2 years to comply from this October.
- If you fail to do this your Society will cease to exist.
- From now until October 2023 incorporated Societies will continue to be registered under the 1908 Act.
