Here you will find training opportunities to assist trusts, clubs, societies, voluntary and community organisations with their governance. These opportunities are not just provided by The Wheelhouse but also those we feel would be useful to Taranaki organisations.  You may be eligible for a training subsidy - all workshops and training provided by The Wheelhouse will already have had a subsidy applied.

Planning is the process of thinking about and organising the activities required to achieve your goal.
 
This interactive session explores tools and techniques required to develop and implement an effective plan for your organisation. Participants will identify practical issues and develop an action plan.

You should attend if you are:
  • a current board member.
  • a volunteer or staff member involved in the planning process.
  • someone supporting the not-for-profit sector with planning.
  • someone considering joining or supporting a board
